2. Vinegar Soak

Raw apple cider vinegar can offer some shine, but it also will bring out the red undertones in your hair. Mix a ½ cup of apple cider vinegar with a ½ cup of water. Apply it to strands to give yourself natural highlights or spray it all over your hair until it is soaked. Leave it on for 30-45 minutes and rinse out.
